Nano Frontier Technology Co., Ltd. has completed a fundraising totaling JPY 47,000,022 through a third-party allotment of shares and other measures.
Following this capital increase, the Company’s stated capital has increased to JPY 26,500,011, and its capital reserve has increased to JPY 23,500,011.
With this funding, the Company will further strengthen its financial base and accelerate its technology development and business growth.
